Kersia announces the acquisition of Neogen’s Cleaning and Disinfectant division.
This acquisition will expand the group’s presence across the Americas, EMEA and Asia, giving it access to a broad portfolio of products and international registrations in no fewer than 20 new countries.
Kersia is also strengthening its industrial presence in the UK and US, with a presence now stretching from coast to coast in the American market.
Thanks to this acquisition, Kersia is entering the pork and poultry sectors in the US.
