Membrane Cleaning

LUBRANOL DRG
Silicone-free dry lubricant
It has an NSF H1 certification (lubricant with incidental food contact). Dry lubrication allows an optimized line hygiene due to the absence of water. It reduces the risk of falling because the floors are less slippery and does not produce wastewater.
Silicone-free means that the product is easy to clean and does not create silicone deposits that cannot be removed. Compatible with plastic conveyors for all types of packaging and suitable for stainless steel conveyors with metal cans or PET bottles.
SOPURMASK
Wax coating to mask scuffing on glass bottles
Applied by using our JETCOAT spraying equipment which is designed with high tech nozzles and intelligent pulse modulation resulting in very low product consumptions and guaranteed 360° coverage. The dosing is self-adjusting based on the line speed.
SOPURMASK has strong scuff masking properties and a high wetting power which creates a thin homogenous wax film on the bottles. When the product dries it leaves an invisible film on the bottles. It limits greasy marks on the labels and the apparition of white drops after the bottles come out of the fridge. In the bottle washing machine, the product is easily removed and has no influence on the foaming behavior of the caustic cleaning solution.
SOPURMASK is NSF certified as scuff masking product for returnable glass bottles with incidental food contact (category P1 – registration number 156837).
SOPURCLEAN CIP OP
Simultaneous CIP cleaning and disinfection
Product for simultaneous cleaning and disinfection via CIP of mixing and storage tanks, pipelines and fillers at ambient temperature.
SOPURCLEAN CIP OP uses fatty acids as biocidal active substances for the disinfection. The product is P- and N-free. The use solution is very stable and can be reused, with a minimum of topping up, for a long time.

MIX KTA
Additive for bottle washing
MIX KTA is an additive for bottle washing to increase the detergency, especially designed to clean bottles with decayed labels (from molded labels to heavily degraded labels). It has powerful anti-scaling action, stable in alkaline conditions and is easy to rinse. In case of presence of aluminates, MIX KTA can be used in combination with MIX CSA to prevent the negative effects of these aluminates.
MIX KTA can also be used as an additive for washing Refillable PET bottles.
SOPURCLEAN NR
Non-rinse acid biocidal detergent
Non-rinse acid biocidal detergent for external surface disinfection (fillers, cappers, EBI etc.) by spraying and soaking. It is based on organic acids and medium chain fatty acids naturally present in beverages (e.g. milk, beer, cider etc.). The product is N-free. It has good wetting properties assuring a complete coverage of the surfaces during cleaning and disinfection.
It can be used for intermediate filler disinfection without rinsing. After the contact time the filler can be restarted immediately. This also means that only a minimum amount of water is necessary for this external filler disinfection.
NSF D2 registered: “This product is acceptable for use as a sanitizer on all surfaces not always requiring a rinse (D2) in and around food processing areas.”
