Some materials or particles could also migrate and contaminate the food in contact with the surface.\u200b<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<br \/>\n<strong>\u2705 Best practices:\u00a0\u200b<\/strong><br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f Always check the\u00a0material\u00a0of construction carefully before selecting and using specific cleaning chemicals. Plastics, polymers, light\u00a0metals, aluminium, alloys\u2026 Due to their nature, they are particularly sensitive to chemical contact and especially to strong acid and oxidizer.\u200b<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f Always follow the instructions for using the cleaning products very carefully<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f Always\u00a0consider\u00a0the correct\u00a0chemical\u00a0concentration, optimum temperature and maximum contact times with the surface. Kersia recommend that detergents are used at the lowest recommended concentration and the contact time is kept to a minimum.\u00a0\u200b<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f Always\u00a0rinse\u00a0thoroughly\u00a0with\u00a0potable water\u00a0after\u00a0use to ensure all chemical residues are fully removed. This can\u00a0be\u00a0monitored\u00a0using\u00a0test\u00a0strips\u00a0or pH paper.\u200b<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<br \/>\n\u26a0\ufe0f It\u00a0is\u00a0ultimately\u00a0the end users responsibility to ensure that the selected cleaning regime is compatible with their equipment.
