Kersia announces the signing of an exclusive agreement for acquiring a majority stake in AgroChem to pursue development in the US<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n A global leader in food safety, International group Kersia continues its international expansion acquiring majority stake in US-based dairy hygiene specialist AgroChem beside the DeMarco family who remains minority shareholder. In addition to AgroChem, an affiliate company, Biosan LLC specializes in peracetic acid and will offer a full line of EPA registrated and FDA accepted products suited to a variety of industries including: dairy, meat & vegetable processing, water treatment and healthcare.
