The company employs 250 people and is primarily active in the Food Service and Hospitality market segments across eastern Canada and in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>With this acquisition, Kersia\u2019s network will comprise\u202f23 plants (o\/w 16 owned), with\u202fc.1,200\u202femployees and a turnover of\u202fc.\u20ac250 million.
